Sorry I haven't updated this in awhile. I've been spending time with the wife and kids.
Sunday's weigh in was 218.8 miserable pounds. Ugh. Only down 1.4 pounds but I guess that's better than gaining 1.4 pounds. We'll see how this week goes.
Allissa and I are going to go back to our *revised* diet from the past winter where I lost 28 pounds. We completely cut out all pop, all pasta, and all bread. All we ate we fruits, eggs, and tuna. And SlimFast shakes. It was super effective but just wasn't quite right. Obviously or else I wouldn't have gained 23 pounds back. Bleh.
So school has been rather eventful lately. Sort of. School is school is school is school. Like they say you get out of it what you put in to it. I'm doing good, but I know I could be doing better. *How do you get better than all A's? Higher A's. And I know that sounds kind of prudish but whatever. I want to set a good example for my daughters.*
Hopefully getting my new camera by the end of next weekend. Really stoked for that. I better be for $1500.00 .. yeah that's not a typo. Like I said though, I'm hoping to have some form of a workable studio by the end of next semester *pre-summer*. We shall see.
My girls are staying at Nana's house tonight. They love their Nana and Pawpaw.
Walked in the rain tonight. It felt amazing.
I am ahead of my school work. No procrastinating this week. :)
Alli and I bought our first brand new set of furniture and hopefully it will be soon. It's amaaaaaazing. Much better than the piece of crap couch we have now. Only thing is I have to my chair in storage. :( I love my/my Grandpa's chair. It is probably the most comfortable chair ever.
Thoughts of the day:
I really do have some truly great friends. And some truly horrible friends at that.
I'm glad I reconnected with some family *Sabrina*. It was fun talking to her the other night.
My wife carries entirely too much on her shoulders *not all from me, just some of it lol*
I have a truly amazing family. I never really give them as much appreciation as they deserve. The little things really do matter in the end and I love them for everything they have done for me. I have been a truly privileged person in my life because of them.
And I'm off. Hope the update holds you over for now.

Don't concentrate so much on the scale. Use the tape measure. Remember, muscle weighs more than fat. I am finally over my cold and I worked out today. It felt great. I was reading on WebMd.com that if you exercise too hard you tend to eat more than if you hadn't or 'reward' you self with a special treat that counteracts the workout. So go easy on the workout! weird huh? But it makes sense to me. I don't really diet, I just try to eat a little healthier and PORTION CONTROL. It's hard the first week or 2 but I lost like 7 pounds just doing it with out exercise. On the other stuff, Geoff accuses me of OCD when it comes to school. Of course I'm OCD with other stuff to him too but I do my very best, turn in every assignment and I have 2 semesters of all A's! We could motivate eachother if you want. I'm behind this semester. Cool beans on the new furniture and camera. We got a stupid expensive camera too. That Nikon...I dont touch it. too many buttons. and I would say our couches border on Frat furniture they are so crappy and broke down...Have faith and dont forget to pray!
